Korea has a talent of taking things that aren’t being used and transforming them into something new – and the Samcheok Ocean Railbike is a great example of that!
To be honest, we weren’t expecting much, just a bunch a pedaling with a view of the sea till we got tired so we could write it off as our workout for the day. We sure were wrong, as parts of the track had electric assist and took us through tunnels with crazy sea creature dioramas, trippy light displays and even laser light show that we would’ve expected to find in a Gangnam dance club!
Take me railbiking!
